While scrolling X, I came across Eloo AI a platform to build AI teams for your business.
I liked the idea, but I felt the hero could communicate the value much faster.
So I spent some time giving it a redesign.
Here's what I changed:
- A clearer, outcome-focused headline
- Simpler, Understandable description
- Added social proof for trust
- One clear CTA
- Refined the visual hierarchy and UI

The strategic challenge for the full website was sequencing. A logistics leader landing on this page may understand the problem Augie solves but not yet understand what AI actually does for their team day to day.
Each section was built to answer one specific question in the order a visitor would naturally ask it. What does Augie do. Does it work with the tools we already use. Is it built for our specific type of operation.
Green runs through every section consistently, carrying the same brand language from trade show booth to digital so the brand feels the same wherever the audience encounters Augment. The grid gives the page rhythm without making it feel rigid, each section carrying its own structure while elements occasionally cross between them.
“a product redesign shouldn’t start with on visuals”
that’s what i told a founder that wanted a redesign
product design comes before ui design 🧐
what i mean by that is…
- you need to find what’s not working,
- why it’s not working,
- and decide how to fix it
then you can polish ui
i then spent 6 weeks on the redesign
it was a platform for independent music managers running their touring operations
touring finance is messy
staff, payroll, cards, reimbursements, reports, bookkeeping, etc. all moving at once
- what wasn’t working: flows were broken, no team management, scheduling was confusing,… etc.
- why didn't work: no system level thinking, hence leading to dead end flows, decision fatigue, and the ui wasn’t the best tbh
- how i fixed them
- stronger dashboard prioritization
- clearer artist navigation
- better team management (it didn’t have any before btw)
- better scheduling views
- simplified card, transaction, and invoice management
- and finally a more mature visual system
the lesson:
a product redesign isn’t just about making the visuals look better
it’s about fixing how the product works first
Recently gave the website of my client Mavi Facility a complete revamp.
The client wanted a clean, simple, and minimal design, so that's exactly what I delivered. The entire UI was designed using Figma AI.
