Data Migration!
Project goals: The idea was to have records from an external software platform migrated to Zoho CRM, this would allow for additional marketing automations to be done.
Solutions: Google sheets + make.com made this process a lot easier. All i had to do was filter the data, test the automationo for edge cases and then perform the migration.
Impacts: This paves the way for marketing automations to be done from Zoho CRM. Estimated revenue would be more than $10K per month!
