This project showcases a morphing “Create New” action menu designed for modern SaaS products and startup dashboards. Instead of using a traditional dropdown, the interaction smoothly transforms from a compact button into a fully interactive menu using advanced motion design principles.
Built with Next.js, React.js, and CSS, the animation uses shared layout transitions, fluid spring physics, and responsive interaction states to create a polished experience inspired by products like Linear and Notion.
The goal was simple:
Turn a common UI pattern into a premium product experience.
