Users uploading compliance documents had to manually type business names, formation dates, and addresses from scanned PDFs.
This created two problems: typos in critical data and tedious data entry that caused drop-off during onboarding.
We designed a real-time OCR extraction flow. Users upload their documents and immediately see visual feedback showing the system scanning and extracting information. Users review what the system found and make corrections if needed.
The design goal was making an invisible technical process feel tangible through animation and progressive disclosure, so users could trust the automated extraction.

This project repositioned an experienced cybersecurity architect as a Principal Cloud Security Consultant and executive advisor. I condensed a lengthy technical career history into a focused leadership narrative covering cloud security strategy, Zero Trust, enterprise architecture, AI governance, and regulatory risk. The final résumé brings forward the candidate’s 25+ years of experience, security work across 120 locations, support for 15,000 endpoints, and recognition as a two-time Top Performer. All identifying information was removed for confidentiality.:
