Living in the highly advanced technology era of 2026, it is a tragic irony that we still fail to fully control the devastating effects of global warming for our next generation.

I wanted to explore how art can bridge the gap between past heritage and a sustainable future.
This reimagined 'Terraforming Core' poses a critical question: If our past generations left us a rich cultural legacy, why can't we leave our next generation a planet where they can eradicate global warming?
Even though our present generation will no longer be around in the year 2125, the innovative carbon-capture solutions we design today will serve as a foundational blueprint and example for them.
Our technology must not replace nature, it must serve as its shield.
Left Side: The Crisis EraDestruction & Pollution: This section depicts a chaotic urban landscape with towering skyscrapers engulfed in thick, black smoke. It visually represents the severe impacts of global warming and air pollution.
Natural Disasters & Hazards: Turbulent ocean waves crash around the city, symbolizing floods and climate-induced catastrophes. A prominent biohazard logo sits at the bottom, hinting at pandemics or extreme environmental crises.
Right Side: The Restoration EraNature & Greenery: This section features a massive, flourishing green tree protected inside a futuristic energy dome. It represents environmental conservation and the revival of nature.
Purity & Balance: Clean, flowing water fountains are shown at the bottom, symbolizing purity, peace, and the sustainable management of natural resources.
Tea pot serves as a powerful warning. If we continue to neglect our environment, we are bound for the devastating "Crisis Era." However, if we actively protect and restore nature, we can build a beautiful, harmonious, and sustainable "Restoration Era."

The Last Crossing.
What if humanity had its own “Washington Crossing the Delaware”?
Inspired by Emanuel Leutze's 1851 masterpiece, I reimagined the crossing as humanity's final journey from a dying civilization into an unknown future.
Rather than simply turning the original into a futuristic scene, I studied its visual language the central figure, collective movement, vessel, dramatic composition, atmosphere, and sense of uncertainty and rebuilt those ideas around a completely new story.
I explored multiple creative directions in FLORA before selecting and refining the final concept. The project was developed through FLORA's canvas using the FLORA MCP connected with ChatGPT to structure the creative exploration, develop concepts, iterate on directions, and organize the visual process.
The result is a historical painting imagined from the future: a group of survivors making one final crossing toward a destination they cannot see.

Reframing the crossing as humanity's final departure gives the original composition a huge emotional scale. The historical parallel is instantly readable and very strong.
The Vision of Saint John
ca. 1608–14
Inspired by El Greco’s The Vision of Saint John (ca. 1608–14), a surviving fragment of a larger altarpiece, this project imagines the lost upper portion of the painting not as something recoverable, but as something that continued to exist beyond the frame. Rather than reconstructing what history removed, I explored what it would mean for the painting’s ecstatic upward motion to break free of its physical limits. The result is a visual continuation in which the missing half returns as an overwhelming vertical force, transforming the gallery into an extension of El Greco’s apocalyptic vision.

Imagining the missing fragment as something that continued to exist, rather than something to reconstruct, is a brilliant premise. It respects the mystery while expanding it.
