Recently, I worked on improving the booking experience for a wellness platform. The challenge wasn’t traffic — it was drop-offs.
Here’s what I focused on:
Simplifying the user journey (less friction, clearer steps)
Improving visual hierarchy to guide decisions
Making key actions more obvious and accessible
Result:
→ 30% reduction in bounce rate
→ Better engagement across the booking flow
This reminded me:
