Interactive Cloud Kitchen Ordering
Location: Surabaya / Sidoarjo, Indonesia
The Real Business Problem
TERRANOIR operates 100% as an online cloud kitchen, without a physical dine in store. Previously, ordering custom cakes, hampers, and catering through WhatsApp required a lot of back-and-forth communication. Customers could be confused when choosing package variations, out of stock items could still be requested, and the admin had to manually type order details, delivery slots, and card messages.
The Solution Built with Lovable
Bespoke Box Builder: Customers can build their own dessert box interactively, with automatic quantity calculations and an elegant, simple shopping experience.
Automated WhatsApp Checkout: The website generates a complete order summary including selected items, delivery schedule, and greeting card message ready to send through WhatsApp, reducing misunderstandings between customers and the store.
Smart Inventory & Mobile Admin: Store owners can manage product stock, prices, photos, and descriptions directly from a mobile friendly admin panel. When an item is out of stock, it remains visible in the catalog with its photo, name, price, and a clear “Stock Habis” indicator. Available items are shown first, while unavailable items are placed below them.
This allows customers to discover the full TERRANOIR menu even when some products are temporarily unavailable, so they can easily come back later when their desired item is back in stock.

Amazing
Choosing a nail color at the salon shouldn’t feel like a timed exam.
You know the moment: you’re staring at a wall of shades, the nail technician is impatiently waiting, and you can feel the pressure to just pick one. Then you spend the next two weeks wishing you’d chosen differently. The worst.
So I built Polly, an express nail studio in downtown Toronto. The problem I wanted to solve: help customers book while giving them time to choose a shade at home that they’ll actually love.

The booking flow lets customers choose their service, polish type, and up to three favourite shades. When they arrive, their shortlist is ready at their station where they can make the final call in person.
On the salon side, the team can see upcoming appointments and shade selections, manage availability, and keep the color collection up to date. It’s less decision pressure for the customer and less scrambling for the staff.
The appointment is express. The colour choice doesn’t have to be. 💅

Marlowe Mobile Detailing
Solo-owner mobile car detailer, Austin, TX (serving Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Lakeway)
Marlowe Mobile Detailing was losing about 1 in 5 bookings to no-shows and running behind on nearly every job. This build replaces a vague "can you detail my car?" text with a fully scoped, weather-aware booking flow that sets an accurate time and price upfront, captures access instructions before he arrives, and automates rain-day rescheduling so he never has to chase a customer again.
He works alone and travels to the customer. Rain cancels outdoor jobs. Customers under-describe how dirty their cars are, so jobs run long. About 20% of bookings were no-shows because people forgot he was coming to them.
