This is my graduation project for my International Business degree focused on improving housekeeping productivity for EW Facility Services at NH Collection Eindhoven.

Using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, I analyzed operational data, compared planned and actual labor performance, conducted interviews, and observed daily operations to identify the main causes of productivity deviations.

Based on the findings, I developed improvement initiatives around workforce planning, workflow efficiency, resource allocation, KPI monitoring, and reducing non-value-added activities. I also created Excel-based tools to track productivity and planned vs. actual working hours.

The project combined business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement to develop practical, data-driven recommendations for improving operational performance.
