I built and maintained month-wise FS with live feeds and pivots for variance analysis.
This project involved creating automated financial statements with month-wise comparisons and variance analysis. I linked the FS to live bank feeds and pivot tables so that all transactions automatically updated. At month-end, I adjusted entries such as payroll and accruals to reflect the accurate financial picture. This setup enabled management to review real-time financials and analyze performance trends efficiently.
