VVS Flow I built VVS Flow, a booking and scheduling system for Ekström VVS, a solo plumbing business in Västerås, Sweden. Mats is often working on a job, under a sink or dealing with an emergency, when new customers call or message him. The problem isn't getting inquiries — it's turning them into confirmed appointments without adding more work to his day. VVS Flow turns that process into one connected workflow. Customers can describe their problem, and an AI assistant helps analyze the request and gives Mats a quick summary of the job, including an estimated duration and risk level. Customers can then share their location, see suitable appointment times based on Mats' schedule and travel constraints, and book without the usual back-and-forth. I also built dedicated flows for emergency requests, larger installation projects, customer self-service, and automated reminders. The part I wanted to solve most was what happens when a booking is cancelled. Instead of leaving the slot empty, VVS Flow automatically matches the opening with eligible waitlist customers and sends an offer. If the offer expires, it can move to the next customer. Mats gets one dashboard to manage his calendar, jobs, leads, waitlist, customers and projects, while repetitive communication and follow-up happen automatically. I designed VVS Flow around a simple idea: the plumber should focus on plumbing, not chasing appointments. Every inquiry gets an outcome. No valuable job gets silently lost.
