Building the Optum ID Card Simulation Platform
At Optum (UnitedHealth Group), I helped build a secure ID Card Simulation Platform — an internal web app that lets teams generate, preview, and validate simulated member ID cards in real time.
Built with React, TypeScript, and Next.js, it integrates with backend APIs to render accurate, data-driven simulations used for policy testing before production.
Key Contributions:
Developed interactive React components for card simulation
Integrated REST APIs with Redux Toolkit and React Query
Implemented authentication, access control, and performance tuning
Partnered with QA and DevOps to streamline CI/CD on Azure Pipelines
