Finova is a mobile banking and personal finance app I built end to end in FlutterFlow, shipping to iOS and Android from a single project. Users can check their balance, send money in seconds and see where every dollar goes. It is a concept project that shows my full workflow, from design to build. How I built it in FlutterFlow:

1. UI: Home, Send Money and Insights are built with responsive widgets (Column, Row, Stack, ListView) and a shared theme for colours, typography and spacing, so every screen feels consistent.

2. Components: Balance card, quick-action buttons, transaction rows, number pad and bottom navigation are reusable components with parameters.

3. Authentication: Firebase Authentication handles secure sign-up and login.

4. Database: Firestore stores accounts, transactions and budgets, and query-driven ListViews power recent activity and spending breakdowns.

5. Send flow: Action Flows and App State validate the amount and recipient, record the transfer and show a confirmation.

6. Insights: Custom charts turn transaction data into spending categories and a monthly budget bar.

7. Payments: Stripe can be connected for real payment processing. The result is a fast, polished fintech app with a clean deep navy and blue design, ready for real-device testing and store release.

I noticed Creative freelancers, video editors, and social agencies running monthly retainers lose hours of margin every week chasing scattered feedback across WhatsApp/Slack, manually updating credit spreadsheets, and absorbing unbilled "just one more quick edit" scope creep.

I maximize the opportunity of the Base44 challenge to build SlateOS: Built entirely on Base44, SlateOS is a dual-view Retainer Operating System that unifies agency production and client approvals into one automated pipeline:

AI Brief-to-Production Engine (Brief Studio): Clients paste a messy voice-note transcript or raw campaign idea. SlateOS automatically structures the deliverable, selects the aspect ratio (9:16, 4:5), generates 3 high-retention opening hooks + full platform captions, estimates credit cost, and pushes the asset directly into the pipeline.

Automated Scope-Creep Guard (Approval Studio): Every deliverable tracks revision rounds against the client's retainer allowance (e.g., 2 of 2 Free Used). When a client attempts to submit an out-of-scope revision, SlateOS intercepts the request and presents a 1-click $75 Extra Revision Add-On, turning lost production hours into protected revenue.

1-Click Greenlight & Credit Deduction: Clicking Approve & Auto-Schedule automatically deducts the asset's credit cost from the client's monthly retainer burn-rate bar, locks in the next publishing slot on the Content Calendar, and logs the event in the live Automation Activity feed.

Dual-Persona Experience: Features an instant top-bar switcher between Agency Command and Client Portal (which dynamically adapts navigation and permissions), alongside a 1-click Reset Demo Data button for seamless testing. I bring solution to our pain, What do you guys think?
