Using voice as the primary design input for visually impaired users is a genuinely underexplored direction. The canvas metaphor still works with voice commands, which is a smart design choice rather than building something entirely foreign.

For the past couple of years visually impaired people were part of the design process as a researchers and as part of a research and the idea is what if we give them the creative tool to design their own app, thats where voice craft is born!

I always give a client at least two options, whatever the task.
Each one packs in as many small tweaks as possible: color, size, count, or position of elements. So the client can either pick a finished version, or mix and match by telling me which element they like from each.
