How It Works: The site features a categorized service catalog and a 3-step booking flow: select service → enter details → confirm. The moment a client confirms, two things fire automatically: 1. A booking record is created in the database with the client's name, WhatsApp number, email, preferred service, date, and time. 2: An email confirmation is sent to the client instantly with all their appointment details. The Automation That Sets It Apart: WhatsApp + AI WhatsApp flow: After booking, clients are prompted to open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message sent directly to the salon's number (08107892214). This does double duty (it confirms the appointment and drops the client into an active WhatsApp chat where the salon owner can follow up, send reminders, and build a relationship).
