Two things I check before I hand a project over. First, what happens when the owner forgets their password, because they will. For the barber I printed a recovery code on his handover card instead of setting up reset emails, since those would've needed a mail service someone has to keep running.
Second, if it's on a free hosting plan, who has to wake it up when it goes to sleep. One database I looked at pauses after a week without use, and that person would've been me, so I went with one that doesn't. Kinda boring stuff, but it decides whether a small business can run the thing on its own.
