I delivered a complete ERP platform for a saree manufacturing company transforming their workflow from manual, paper-based operations to fully digitized, real-time production tracking. The company operated a complex multi-stage manufacturing process with scattered tracking across paper chalan slips and spreadsheets, creating visibility gaps and quality control challenges. I built an integrated system with 11+ modules covering order management, material handling, six production stages with digital authorization, quality management, real-time dashboards, and production analytics. The platform replaced paper chalan slips with digital workflows, giving departments instant visibility into order status and material location. Results include 50% faster order processing, real-time production visibility for management, systematic quality control, eliminated manual paperwork, and a scalable architecture for business growth. Tech stack: React.js, Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, Tailwind CSS. Full-cycle engagement from requirements and design through deployment and staff training.
