This startup began as a blog, and is now in its first stage of growth.
As we build, these are the milestones I believe we need to hit -
1. Growth of Substack subscriber base (currently at 9k) to fund subsequent stages - currently the only source of revenue. The blog is rich with >200 articles full of insights on health and disease, meticulously composed over the last 4 years. Can leverage X audience (>30K) for this purpose.
2. Convert written ideas, and clip podcast episodes to grow presence on Instagram.
3. Solidify brand identity. As you can see we currently have the first version of our logo and symbology related to the 4 pillars of health which align perfectly with the elemental nature of life.
4. Build website to host a curated selection of articles, podcast episodes, and services as they become available.
As you can see, this is a lot to accomplish. Currently, I am focused strictly on the research, education and podcast guest interviews. If you want to be a part of this new venture in a world hungry for ways to improve their health with a grounded, simple, and enduring framework...
