The After frame reads stronger already, Taimoor. That "Steel, roofing and height safety for Saudi industry" headline states the offer in one line where the old hero made you hunt for it, though I would give the headline a touch more breathing room above the CTA.

Went with After. The new one is cleaner and the hero image carries the industrial feel better. A bit more contrast on the headline would help.
