They came out of stealth in 2025 with $5M in funding and serve defense and enterprise customers including NAVSEA, AFWERX, the 97th Air Mobility Wing, Northeastern University, Nestle, and Nabors.

High end execution
My new portfolio, shown in dark mode.
I designed and built it end to end in a strict monochrome style. It opens with a block-letter SAIF wordmark that bulges under the cursor, over a live particle field. Further down, a dotted globe pins where I work from in Turin, Italy.
My projects play on their own in a device-style showcase that tilts into place as you scroll. Next, 3D letters spelling motivational words fall toward the footer, where they turn into a small slicing game you can play.
Built with React, TypeScript, GSAP, Three.js and WebGL, with a light/dark toggle, smooth scrolling and a custom cursor.
Team sections force a trade-off. Photography carries credibility, but it usually breaks a tightly drawn visual system.
Heron's runs two states. The default is a crosshatched pen portrait, which keeps the section inside the same drafting language as the plans and elevations used across the site. On hover the card inverts to black, registration crosshairs appear at the corners, and the illustration resolves into a black and white photograph.
The move also carries meaning for this audience. Drawing resolving into built reality is the basic sequence of architectural practice, so the interaction reads as native rather than decorative.
At rest the grid holds as a system. On interaction it delivers the credibility a team section exists to provide.
