I created a complete Y2K photobooth using Figma Make so anyone can enjoy the fun of a photo booth anytime, anywhere!
Inspired by the decline of traditional sticker photo booths, originally known as "purikura" in Japan, I wanted to bring back those early 2000s culture of taking sticker photos with friends.
Rather than simply recreating nostalgia, I set out to move photobooth culture forward.
You still experience the immersive feeling of being inside a booth, layering colorful Y2K stickers and customizing frames just like before. At the same time, digital tools unlock more flexibility through filters, brush styles, AI-generated quotes.
