Client portal and carrier claim automation for a fulfilment centre.
Built a client portal where each of a 3PL's clients sees their live shipped orders and raises parcel claims in one click. Claims are sent to the right carrier automatically (email or carrier website, evidence attached), replies return to the client's thread, and AI reads each one. Removed manual email handling between clients, support and carriers.

I'd keep a carrier acknowledgment separate from a claim being accepted or paid. How does your AI distinguish those states in free-form replies and route ambiguous ones back to support?
