Most Pakistani developers have been conditioned to believe their passport determines their price.
It's like,
"You're from Pakistan. Charge less."
I have seen people charging way less for huge work, even some are charging $5/hour and guess what, they have a full stack developer profile or are providing relevant degree services.
They don't know that,
Clients don't invest in your location.
They invest in outcomes.
They pay for products that scale, AI solutions that automate work, web applications that generate revenue and developers who solve real business problems.
Your value isn't defined by your country's economy.
It's defined by the business impact you create.
The moment you stop competing on price and start competing on expertise, everything changes.
You attract better clients.
You have stronger conversations.
You build long-term partnerships instead of chasing one-off gigs.
The global market has never rewarded the cheapest developer.
It rewards the one who delivers results.
If you're building modern web applications, AI agents, automation systems, or scalable software, don't sell hours.
Sell transformation.
Know your worth.
Communicate it with confidence.
Then charge accordingly.
The right clients won't ask where you're from.
They'll ask when you can start.

Hello everyone, this is a prototype of a B2B Marketplace that can help construction companies sell more, manage easily supplier contacts and quotes request from theirs clients, the platform can be adapted to many fields in construction starting from metal to interior home suppliers. reach me out if you think this is useful for your business so i can customize it for you 😊
Quote requests usually need a status per supplier—sent, answered, revised or expired—so buyers can compare offers in one place. Did you model each supplier’s response separately from the original request?
