QuickBooks Online Cleanup & Reconciliation
Helped organize and clean up a small business's QuickBooks Online records by reviewing transaction history, correcting categorization issues, removing duplicates, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and improving the accuracy of financial reports.
Outcome: Books were brought up to date, accounts reconciled accurately, and reporting became clearer and more reliable.

Your P&L says you made $20,000 profit.

Profit tells you what you earned. Cash flow tells you what you actually have available.
Maybe $10,000 is sitting in unpaid invoices. Maybe you paid suppliers upfront. Maybe you purchased equipment.
That's why I always say: don't just look at your profit. Understand where your cash is going.
