This is really well done.
What I like most is that it doesnāt just look cinematic , it also feels like a workflow someone could actually build on and reuse. That makes it much more valuable than a one-off result.

I first analyzed the drawing and translated it into a detailed scene description, keeping every element exactly as it is.

Then I animated the original image itself, no redesign, no changes. Just bringing the exact drawing to life with...
Every AI fix tool I've used polishes the surface. The weird stuff stays weird, it just gets shinier.
So I started stripping images back to a sketch first and regenerating from that. Works on renders, AI concepts, photos, anything. The round trip kills artifacts because the sketch doesn't carry them.
