Thrilled to share a new case study: Innercise, the leading app for Wellness & Business Coaching, now top-ranked in Health & Mindset on the iOS App Store.
I led the MVP design from the first idea to final testing. In 180 days, we built the MVP, added a simple 7-day trial with no credit card to make sign-up easy, and created clear, behavior‑based onboarding to reduce drop‑offs. We improved the product through hundreds of screen updates to make the UX/UI smoother and more intuitive.
