I’ve been experimenting with UGC-style videos that feel like they came straight from a real creator’s camera, but without shipping products, coordinating creators, or waiting weeks for content.
This video was built from a small set of AI-generated lifestyle images and turned into a 17s short-form UGC video designed for Reels, and TikTok.
What I find interesting about this approach is how scalable it is:
• One creative direction to multiple clips
• Fairly simple to swap models, products, or messaging
• Fast iterations for testing hooks and angles
The goal isn’t “perfect”, it’s realistic, influencer-style content that brands can actually use at volume.
Sharing this as a recent exploration, but also as a glimpse into how I’m thinking about scalable content systems for consumer brands.
