They need:
- Workflow Clarity: Knowing exactly where a project stands without asking.
- Logical Structure: A workspace that matches how their team actually thinks.
- A Guess-Free Plan: A migration path that doesn't halt production for 2 weeks.
In this specific 30-minute session, we ignored the 'shiny objects' and focused on:
1. Workspace Architecture: The foundation of everything.
2. Roles & Permissions: Keeping the mess away from the wrong eyes.
3. The 'Automate vs. Manual' Rule: Protecting the team from 'automation bloat.'
Nothing flashy. Just practical.
Because once the foundation is clear, you don't have to force a team to use the system.
It just makes sense.
