Estate Hustly - Real Estate Website
Overview
Estate Hustly is a modern real estate website built to present listings and the brand in a premium, “high-trust” way.
What I did:
UI/UX design direction (layout, typography, spacing, clean real-estate look)
Conversion-focused landing structure (hero → key benefits → listings/sections → trust → CTA)
Full scroll animation system (GSAP + ScrollTrigger: pinning, reveals, transitions, parallax feel)
Responsive implementation (desktop-first, mobile optimized)
Performance tuning for smooth animations (timelines, lazy loading, optimized assets)
