Synergy Land: 624K+ impressions from creator and partner coverage around the land sale (Feb - Mar 2024)
As Community Manager, I worked with the Synergy team on this push by:
Assisting with partnership outreach to other projects and content creators;
Speaking for Synergy Land on 9 X Spaces from the official account, including partner shows from XBorg x SwissBorg, Forest Knight, CryptoFights and MixMob;
Co-hosting AMAs and the 12-hour community stream with 1 special creator guest per hour + hourly giveaways;
Supporting players through the February 2024 land sale, which helped raise significant funds through the community land sale.
Results:
Outside accounts only: posts from Synergy's own account and team members aren't counted.
624,168 impressions from 179 posts by 108 creator, guild, media and partner accounts;
7,189 likes, 2,796 comments and 2,579 reposts, with the most posts on mint day (22 Feb);
9 X Spaces: the 6 with stats still available drew 1,670 participants between them;
The land sale (2,500 islands, opened 22 Feb) minted out in less than 24h, raising the team about €800K, and the game's X account grew from 20K to 70K+ followers during my time there.
A coach messaged me: “We launch our membership next month. We need a website, the community set up, and someone to run our socials.”
Most creators hire three different people for that. I do all three, so everything works together:
→ Websites for coaches, creators and course owners
→ Online communities on Kajabi, Circle, Mighty Networks and Skool
→ Social media management: content strategy, design, scheduling and community replies
When your website, your community and your content come from one place, members don’t drop off between the link in bio and the welcome post.
If you have a launch, a membership or a rebrand coming up, I’d love to help you build it. I’m available on Contra; message me here or check the link in the comments.
The welcome post is an important part of that handoff. Before launch, I’d test the whole path with a fresh member account: link in bio, checkout, access email and first community action. That catches gaps you can miss when testing each platform separately.
Built for my friend Stanislav Pogorskii, a full-stack developer, it connects his background in games journalism, his work as a Laravel developer, and his next steps in game development.
Switch on the radio. Open a console. Explore the workspace, browse real projects and published articles, or step onto the balcony. Each interaction reveals something about the person behind the work.
As usual, the process involved a few different tools, hehe. I developed and iterated on the project locally using my own CLI setup, pushed it to GitHub, then brought it into Base44, where I connected a CRM system.
The experience also leads to a practical next step: a short project quiz that turns a visitor’s answers into an editable email draft.
Personal details spark curiosity. Real work builds confidence. A useful interaction can help you see who you are and where you could go next.
