Not everything intelligent needs to call itself AI.
We’ve just joined the Contra network and wanted to share something from under the hood. 🔍
Although we specialise in Applied AI, when we look at our internal R&D, the tag “Generative AI” is surprisingly rare — even though we build generative systems every day, from data automation to intelligent design workflows.
This chart visualises hundreds of projects we’ve tracked in recent months — spanning data pipelines, ML models, geometric computation, and cloud automation.
And yet, GenAI accounts for barely 1% of it.
Real creativity happens around GenAI — in the invisible logic, security and data systems that actually enable intelligence.
✨ For us, it’s not about making things that just look smart — it’s about designing the infrastructure that makes ideas intelligent.

We’ve noticed that the closer AI gets to real-world application, the less it looks like AI. What do you think — is creativity in the visible output, or in the hidden systems that make it possible? 👇
