Builer.io just helped me build something for my own team!! Its a remote team performance tracker and productivity tool. Remote employees, can log what they're doing and input hours when they're not available, allowing them to have better work life balance as well as top knotch productivty. Remote team managers, can set goals, get weekly reports of what eacth team member accomplished, times they worked and what the specifics of what they acheived. I have been DREAMING of a tool like this for my team and now I've built it. My plan to commercialse this tool: 1. Beta test on my own team for two weeks 2. Post to my audience of 7k followers on LinkedIn 3. Get remote team agency owners to sign up (I know many) 4. Improve UI and UX based on feedback 5. Add an AI assistant that helps users get to their goals
