Built a production realtor CRM for licensed mortgage professionals, cross-platform mobile app (React Native/Expo), Next.js admin console, and shared Supabase backend with 10+ Edge Functions. Realtors capture leads with a bilingual 1-minute questionnaire, manage pipeline statuses, and send personalized SMS links via Twilio.
Admins review leads, export data, and track KPIs from the web dashboard. Also built Sarah, an AI voice qualification agent (Vapi + GPT-4o + ElevenLabs) that makes outbound calls with a deterministic state-machine flow. Shipped to Apple App Store and Google Play.
VaultGuardian — Secure Document Vault (iOS)
Client iOS app for storing IDs, insurance, passports, and sensitive documents. Built with React Native/Expo and Supabase — shipped to the Apple App Store. Features: encrypted vault, OCR scan-to-fill, expiration reminders, Guardian Protection Score, Resolve It renewal guidance, PIN + biometrics.
