We interviewed and introduced our product to a real local food business. Introducing the new IndieGenie Vadapav website powered by AI, built on @Base44.
IndieGenie Vadapav has served Gandhinagar for 23+ years 48,000+ happy customers, 1,000+ orders a day — but the website never caught up to the business. I gave it a full glow-up.
🚀 PROBLEM:
The old site was a slow, generic template ,no online ordering, no way to capture a repeat customer, no rewards for regulars, and zero automation for the owner.
🧠 IDEA:
Keep it simple and focused on what matters: fast ordering, a menu that actually sells, and a reason for customers to come back.
Most people already know what they want before they walk in so IndieGenie now lets you browse the real menu and order in seconds, no calling it in, no PDF menu to squint at.

The challenge is about choosing a real local business, improving its digital presence, and adding automation that helps the business work better — not just creating a pretty website.

For this project, I focused on creating a cleaner and more professional beauty brand experience. The new site includes a polished homepage, service sections, treatment details, before/after content, beauty-focused blogs, mobile-responsive design, and clear booking CTAs.
I also added automation to make the website more useful for the business:
• AI FAQ chatbot to answer questions about services, pricing process, treatments, booking, and aftercare
• Appointment inquiry flow to help visitors request a booking
• Lead capture automation to collect client details
• Admin dashboard to help the owner manage inquiries
• Blog-to-booking CTAs to turn educational content into potential appointments
The goal was to give JosBeauty a stronger online presence and a better way to turn visitors into real clients.
This is more than a redesign — it is a practical business tool built to improve trust, answer customer questions, capture leads, and support bookings.

For the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I partnered with a real local tattoo studio and transformed its outdated online presence into a modern, business-ready experience built entirely with Base44.
Instead of creating just another portfolio website, I focused on solving real business problems. The new experience includes an AI-powered consultation assistant, a structured booking workflow, artist recommendations, educational aftercare resources, a searchable portfolio, a professional blog, and automations that help reduce repetitive inquiries and streamline customer communication.
The goal was simple: create something the studio could genuinely use—not a prototype, but a polished, responsive website that improves both the customer experience and day-to-day operations.

Limbodi Fitness Club — from a WhatsApp PDF to a self-running gym platform
I built this for the gym I actually train at — Limbodi Fitness Club in Indore. A genuinely good place: 5,000 sq ft, 50+ machines, 4.9★ from 57 reviews. But online, it looked invisible.
Before: just a Google listing and printed pamphlets. To join, you'd get a PDF price list forwarded over WhatsApp, or get pushed to a sketchy third-party app with barely 10K downloads. No website, no way to book from home. Every lead handled by hand.
After: I built them a live, fully designed, mobile-responsive site on Base44. Now everything a walk-in used to ask is answered upfront — zones, real testimonials, coaches, and a clean pricing wall that used to be that PDF. I shot the real gym photos myself, so people can see what they're joining and book without stepping in.
How I helped: I gave an invisible business a branded home it fully owns no aggregator, no middleman app. The owner gets a real dashboard (members, new joins, monthly revenue, searchable management), and members get their own self-serve space.
The automation: the part I'm proudest of. An AI gym assistant, trained on the gym's info, answers questions and books sessions conversationally. The moment someone books, it creates the record, emails the owner the full details, and logs the lead to a sheet — automatically. No missed enquiries, no "who was that on WhatsApp."
The result: a gym that looked invisible now has a site that answers questions, books sessions, notifies the owner, and captures every lead on its own live, and in their hands.
