A Kajabi (or Podia) checkout mistake I still see:
The sales page is polished. The offer exists. The buy button works on desktop.
Then someone pays on their phone and lands on a thank-you page that does not grant access, or the welcome email never fires because the form was not attached to the offer.
Before you launch, buy your own product once on a real phone. Confirm three things:
1. Payment completes.
2. The thank-you page loads and product access is open.
3. The first automation email actually arrives.
If any of those fail, fix that before you spend on ads or a webinar.

After 6 years and 600+ Kajabi and Podia clients, the most common question I get is which platform to pick.
It usually depends less on the platform and more on what you'll actually use:
1. What are you selling first? A course, a membership, coaching, or downloads?
2. Do you need built-in email and funnels, or do you already have tools for that?
3. Who will maintain it once it's built?
Answer those three and the choice usually makes itself.
