MoonPay - Careers & Culture Platform
I undertook this branding project to deepen my understanding of scalable component systems, engaging visual hierarchy, and intuitive user routing. Through the MoonPay Careers & Culture platform, I explored how to translate a company's dynamic Web3 culture into a frictionless, candidate-friendly experience focusing on structuring a natural flow from Mission and Values through to Open Positions using engaging bento-box layouts.
This allowed me to analyze traditional job boards and design a tailored digital experience specifically optimized to communicate company culture and seamlessly connect top talent with global opportunities.
