I’ve been working on multiple AI + SaaS projects lately, and one thing keeps proving true:
Beautiful UI means nothing if the user can’t understand what to do next.
Most of the real work happens before the polish- simplifying logic, structuring information, and removing friction so the interface feels obvious.
When users don’t have to think, the product feels “smart.” When the product feels smart, it converts.
Clean visuals are the last 20%. Clarity is the first 80%.
