Vellum is now officially moving data. Documents go in, raw OCR comes out. Standard stuff, but the infra is solid. Now I can actually focus on the "Intelligence" part of the project.
Some infra details👇
Using Apache Kafka for the processing queue and RLS for multi-tenancy. Storage layer is Azure Blob. Separate worker for OCR lifecycle. Added enqueue rollbacks so I don't end up with stale "processing" states if Kafka fails.

Advanced Tracking & Distribution Platform
I built a high-performance tracking and traffic distribution platform designed to manage complex routing, optimization, and reporting at scale. The system includes an intelligent weight distribution engine and advanced rule processing based on country, device, and language, allowing traffic to be routed with precision according to business goals and campaign conditions.
Beyond routing, the platform features a full-scale traffic tracking system, postback handling, and a traffic source payout controller, making it highly effective for performance-driven environments where attribution, cost control, and optimization are critical. It also includes complex analytical reporting that provides deep visibility into traffic behavior, distribution performance, conversion flows, and source-level results.
Built using PHP, Laravel, Vue 3, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB, the system was engineered for speed, scalability, and reliability. It reflects my ability to design and develop robust data-heavy platforms that combine smart backend logic, real-time processing, and actionable analytics into one powerful solution.
One of the most important projects I’ve worked on was architecting and building a multi-tenant ERP platform for a group of recruitment and manpower companies operating across 10 countries.
The challenge was not just to digitize their process, but to connect a complex cross-border operation into one reliable system. Candidate sourcing, agency registration, placement workflows, contracts, HR, payroll, finance, marketing, and company-level operations all needed to work together without becoming fragmented.
I led the solution architecture and full-stack development of the platform, covering backend systems, frontend workflows, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and database design. The ERP was built to support multiple companies on shared infrastructure while keeping each tenant’s data securely separated.
The platform connected sourcing operations in Ethiopia, the Philippines, Uganda, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia with placement companies in Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. From agency and candidate registration to publishing profiles on company websites, managing sales and placement, handling contracts, processing payroll, and maintaining finance and accounting, every major function was designed as part of one interlinked ecosystem.
What makes this project especially meaningful to me is that it was not a collection of disconnected modules. It was a complete operational architecture translated into software. The result was a centralized system that improved visibility across entities, reduced manual coordination, and created a stronger foundation for scale.
This project reflects the kind of work I care most about: solving real business complexity with practical architecture, strong engineering, and systems that are built to grow.
