FreelanceFlow AI Workspace
Managing freelance work often means juggling projects, client communication, proposals, and business analytics across multiple tools.
I wanted to explore how a single AI-powered workspace could bring all of these workflows together into one modern experience.
Using Google Stitch, I designed FreelanceFlow AI Workspace — a platform that helps freelancers manage projects, generate proposals with AI, communicate with clients, and track business performance from a unified dashboard.

How I Used Stitch
I used Google Stitch to generate and refine the interface through natural language prompts. I iterated on multiple screens, improved layouts, and added modern interactions to create a cohesive workflow from onboarding through project management and analytics.
Prototype
Feedback on Stitch
Stitch dramatically accelerated the design process. The ability to transform ideas into polished UI concepts through prompts made experimentation and iteration much faster. It was especially useful for building and refining a complete multi-screen product experience.
Bookmarking this because I know I’ll want to come back to it.
The unified workspace idea is interesting. Keeping projects, clients, and proposals in one place would definitely reduce a lot of context switching.

Most AI projects today focus on speed, automation, or productivity.
I wanted to explore something different: What if AI could help organize emotional overwhelm instead of just optimizing workflows?
So for this design sprint, I built QuietSpace — an AI-powered emotional organization platform designed to help people untangle stress, burnout, mental overload, and emotional noise through reflective AI.
The idea wasn’t to create another therapy app or productivity dashboard.
I wanted the experience to feel: calm, humane, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely helpful.
The entire interface was built around a BentoGrid system with ambient interactions, soft motion, and emotionally-aware UI patterns. I also pushed Stitch to its limits by experimenting with exported design systems, custom structures, connected flows, and layered interaction logic to shape the final experience.
This project heavily utilized Stitch’s newer prototyping and system-based workflow features to rapidly build and refine the experience.
Some of the screens include: • Thought Dump • AI Categorization • Pattern Recognition • Micro Recovery • Emotional Dashboard Systems
One thing I’ve been trying to focus on lately is building concepts that don’t just look visually polished, but also solve real human problems or create awareness around experiences people quietly deal with every day.
This project became a blend of: AI × emotional UX × systems thinking × interface storytelling.
This project became an exploration of how AI interfaces can feel emotionally supportive instead of emotionally exhausting.

Bringing ideas to life faster with Google Stitch ✨
For this challenge, I explored how Stitch can transform a simple concept into a fully interactive creative experience using AI-powered workflows.
The project started with just two things:
📄 a custom design.md creative direction file
🖼️ a logo image for the project identity
Using Stitch’s new capabilities, the entire website was generated directly inside the canvas through streaming generations — turning concepts into a live experience in real time.
But it didn’t stop at generation.
I continued refining the project using:
⏩ prompt-based in-place AI editing
🖱️ point-and-click interactions directly inside Stitch
🎥 native motion, animation, shaders, and hover states on HTML canvas
🚀 one-click export support directly to Netlify
What makes this even more impressive is how Stitch combines the workflow of 4–5 different creative applications into one single platform — generation, editing, interaction design, motion, prototyping, and deployment all inside one experience.
From concept → iteration → interaction → deployment, the entire workflow stayed inside Stitch.
This experience shows how AI can dramatically speed up creative production while still allowing full artistic control and experimentation.
