How I Built a System That Replaces 12+ Vendors, Handles 1,000+ Products, and Runs an Entire B2B Procurement Operation on Autopilot A food service company called PrimeServe was running their entire procurement operation through WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets. 12+ vendors. No centralized catalog. No price comparison. No order tracking. Buyers would message a vendor, wait for a quote, negotiate over text, and hope the delivery showed up on time. Admins had zero visibility into what was being ordered, by whom, or at what price. The monthly procurement spend was six figures. The system managing it was a group chat. Here's what I built in 5 weeks: A full-stack B2B procurement marketplace that replaced every spreadsheet, every WhatsApp thread, and every manual invoice with one platform. Three dashboards. One system. For buyers: Browse 1,000+ products across 6 categories. AI-powered search that understands queries like "office cleaning supplies under 500." Dynamic price quotation. Cart, checkout, and Razorpay payment integration. Full order tracking from placement to delivery. For vendors: Real-time order management. Shipping and fulfillment tracking. Product catalog control. Revenue analytics. For admins: Complete control over products, users, vendors, orders, and pricing. Role-based access. Platform-wide analytics. The AI layer is what made this more than a standard marketplace. Natural language search that actually works. A pricing engine that factors in quantity, vendor, and category in real time. Product recommendations based on purchase history. The stack: Next.js 14, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Firebase Auth, Razorpay, OpenAI API, Vercel. The build process: I used AI-first development with Claude Code, which cut the timeline by roughly 40-50%. What would traditionally take 10-12 weeks shipped in under 5. Week 1: Architecture and database schema. Week 2: Vendor panel and payments. Week 3: Admin dashboard and AI search. Week 4: Dynamic pricing and analytics. Week 5: Deployment, performance optimization, and client handoff with a recorded Loom walkthrough. The result: One platform replaced 12+ fragmented vendor relationships. Buyers find products in seconds. Vendors manage everything from one dashboard. Admins see every transaction, every user, every order. The client got the complete source code, deployment access, and a Loom walkthrough covering every feature. This is what I do. I build production-ready SaaS platforms, AI-powered web apps, and automation systems that replace manual operations with software. If your business is still running critical operations through spreadsheets, group chats, or disconnected tools, that's the bottleneck I eliminate. Check out the full case study on my profile, or DM me your project. I'll tell you if I can ship it in 5 weeks.
