Hey everyone 👋 Just joined Contra and excited to start building here.
Quick intro, I work at the intersection of community, events, and ops. Spent the last few years scaling large communities (200K+ members), running events across countries, and building systems on Notion and ClickUp. Been freelancing for a while (Top Rated, 100% JSS on Upwork), but Contra feels like a whole new ecosystem.
Would love guidance from people who've been here longer!
What's something you wish you knew when you started?
Also, do you need a Pro subscription to see and apply to jobs? I'm not seeing much on my end and just trying to understand how it works.
