PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT — Creative Multi-Brand Founder (Tue/Thu/Fri, 3hrs/day) Hi — I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support me across four creative brands I run: a creative agency (Lab 8 Media), a faith + creativity community nonprofit (The Cre8ive Space), a merch brand (Eighth Day Co.), and my published book (Social Saints). SCHEDULE: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday · 3 hours per day · 9 hours/week RATE: $8–$12/hr depending on experience TYPE: Long-term, part-time, fully remote WHAT YOU'LL DO: · Manage inboxes across business and personal accounts — label, respond to routine questions, flag anything needing me · Manage my calendar — scheduling, confirmations, reminders · Schedule approved social media content (IG, TikTok, Threads, YouTube) · Content repurposing — pull clips and quotes from source content, prepare a brief for my review · Basic bookkeeping support — log income/expenses in a tracker · Keep our Notion CRM updated with client project statuses · Research tasks — compare options and deliver a clean summary with a recommendation · Monitor e-commerce orders and flag any fulfillment issues · Send me a Tuesday Brief and Friday Wrap-Up every week WHAT YOU WON'T DO: · Write original copy or captions from scratch (you work from approved content) · Respond to press, speaking, or client inquiries independently · Make any financial or scheduling decisions without my approval WHAT I NEED FROM YOU: · Strong written English · Experience with Notion (or ability to learn quickly — the workspace is fully built) · Comfortable managing multiple inboxes and switching between brands · Proactive communicator — you flag issues early and send updates without being asked · Reliable internet + availability during US Eastern hours on Tue/Thu/Fri · Looking for a long-term working relationship BONUS (not required): · Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.) · Familiarity with Shopify or basic e-commerce · Background supporting creative entrepreneurs or small businesses TO APPLY: Please send a short intro (3–5 sentences), your relevant experience, your rate, and your availability.
