Every day, we come across moments where we wish we could help—a hungry stray dog, a forgotten package, or a neighbor who needs a hand. But sometimes, life doesn't give us the time.

That simple thought inspired KARMA: a community-powered platform where anyone can post real-world missions with a reward, allowing someone nearby to step in and help.

Built entirely in Flowstep, this prototype showcases the complete user journey—from posting a mission, accepting it, uploading proof, reviewing the completion, releasing rewards, and tracking community impact. What started as a prompt quickly evolved into a polished, interactive multi-screen prototype that I could iterate on and refine.

KARMA is the product I wish existed.

Title: Podium — a season library tool for orchestra librarians

Tagline: The internal tool orchestras don't have: tracking parts, bowings, and distribution for an entire season, in one place.

Description:

Every orchestra has a librarian quietly keeping the whole operation running — tracking which parts are rented vs. owned, whether the bowings are marked before rehearsal, and who currently has which stand's music sitting on their stand. Right now that job runs on spreadsheets, paper checklists, and institutional memory. I wanted to see what a purpose-built tool for that role could look like.

Podium is a 4-screen prototype covering the full workflow: a season library view showing every work in rotation with its parts-prep status at a glance, a score detail view breaking that down section by section, a prep checklist for marking up bowings stand by stand with a live progress counter, and a distribution screen for tracking which musician has which part and when it's due back.

I built it in Flowstep, aiming for something closer to a rare-book catalog than a typical SaaS dashboard — warm paper background, a single brass accent, serif for the repertoire, monospace for every number. It's a niche profession nobody else was likely to design for, which is exactly why I wanted to build it.

HEADROOM is the freelancer's fuel gauge: log one energy reading a day out of 100, see today's load against it, and export a capacity card to clients. I built it because I have tracked exactly this number in a notes file for a year and always wished it were an instrument instead. Built in Flowstep via MCP from Claude Code, with a locked brutalist design system and tons of love. 😍 🎉
