Job searching can be overwhelming when you have to create your CV, write applications, prepare for interviews, track applications, and figure out what to say to recruiters—all from scratch.
So I built a Customer Service Career Kit: a practical digital toolkit designed to help customer service and support professionals approach their job search with more structure and confidence.
I designed it to be practical, reusable, and easy to customize—not just another collection of generic templates.
This is my first step into building digital products around real career and customer-support challenges, and I'm excited to keep developing it.
If you're a customer service professional, job seeker, or someone building a career in customer support, I'd love to hear what resource you think should be added next.
Good Friends, Bad Friends — Ebook Covers for The Boys' Mentorship Programme
The Boys' Mentorship Programme is a Uganda-based, Christian mentorship organisation "building a generation of true men". It runs camps and mentorship that build responsibility, discipline, integrity and leadership in boys.
I designed a set of three ebook covers for Good Friends, Bad Friends, part of their Brotherhood Character Series by Mr Godfrey Kuteesa, President of the programme. The book helps boys recognise the difference between friends who build them up and friends who lead them astray.
Each cover is written for a different age group (7–9, 10–14 and 15–19 years), so the illustrations show the choices boys actually face at that age:
7–9 years: studying together versus fighting
10–14 years: books and football versus games and distractions
15–19 years: a friend offering alcohol and cigarettes versus one offering support
The alcohol and cigarettes illustration for the 15 to 19 age group is a direct and necessary response to the risks boys face at that stage. It grounds the abstract concept of integrity in a real, high stakes decision that many of them encounter in their daily lives.
