I worked on the AI-driven deal analysis engine that pulls in MLS data, rental comps, and neighborhood signals to surface investment-grade properties ranked by projected yield and risk.

I worked on this project as a Full Stack / Frontend Developer, focusing on building a clean, responsive, and user-friendly web experience for investors and real estate developers. The platform needed to present investment opportunities clearly, support smooth user navigation, and provide a professional interface for users who want to review projects, understand returns, and manage investment-related actions.
The main goal of the project was to create a trustworthy and easy-to-use investment platform where users can quickly understand available opportunities, review project details, calculate potential returns, register or sign in, and move through the investment flow with confidence.
My responsibilities included frontend development, responsive UI implementation, API integration, reusable component development, performance improvements, and production-level bug fixing. I also worked on improving page structure, user flows, layout consistency, and cross-browser compatibility.
š GIS Mapping and Environmental Site Plan Development for Approval Documentation
I developed a professional GIS mapping package for an environmental approval project, including site boundary mapping, receptor buffer analysis, infrastructure marking, coordinate tables, A3 layout design, scale bars, legends, north arrows, and regional location insets. The final outputs were prepared as clear, approval-ready maps using high-resolution aerial imagery and GDA2020 / MGA Zone 50 coordinate reference standards.:

AREA is a fictional creative technology studio exploring how AI-native workflows can shape modern digital identity design.
I used Google Stitch to explore and refine the brand direction through typography studies, interaction concepts, motion systems, colour exploration, and in-place AI edits before rebuilding the final experience in Next.js with Framer Motion and deploying it on Vercel.
The final site focuses on cinematic pacing, editorial restraint, atmospheric motion, and immersive interaction design inspired by modern creative studio websites.

Stitch was strongest as a rapid creative direction and identity exploration tool. The in-place editing workflow made it easy to iteratively refine layouts, spacing, typography, and atmosphere while maintaining creative momentum.
The workflow became most powerful when paired with production tooling, using Stitch to establish the creative system first, then translating the final direction into code for deeper interaction and motion refinement.
