I built GrowthDesk around one recurring problem: service businesses often manage one customer journey across forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, portals, and reminder tools.
GrowthDesk brings that workflow into one branded system:
• Lead capture and pipeline management • Follow-up workflows • Unified customer inbox • Client portals and approvals • Feedback and testimonial management • Revenue reporting • White-label settings
The hardest part was not adding more features. It was making every module share the same customer context, so a lead does not become a disconnected record at each stage.
I designed and built the product from the information architecture through the responsive interface, persistent data model, deployment, documentation, and marketplace packaging.
Built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare D1-compatible storage, Docker, and Railway.
