Bondeen -- Project Management Dashboard UI/UX Design
Designed a project management dashboard for Bondeen, a B2B SaaS platform that helps professionals track revenue, projects, team performance, and client activity from a single interface.
The goal was to create a clean, data rich admin panel that gives project managers instant visibility into key metrics without overwhelming them with complexity. The design needed to balance data visualization with usability making it easy to scan KPIs, monitor team output, and take action quickly.
