Jobtrackr Changelog - October 5 2026
A few new updates shipped to Jobtrackr:
Added Application Import
Added support for importing job applications from CSV files.
Added an import review/preview flow before applications are committed.
Added validation and error handling for problematic import rows.
Makes it easier to migrate existing application data from spreadsheets, Notion and other trackers.
Added Automatic Rejection of Inactive Applications
Added automatic rejection for applications with no activity beyond a defined period.
Default inactivity threshold is 60 days.
Users can configure the threshold to 30 days.
Helps prevent inactive applications from remaining indefinitely in active pipelines.
Added Multi-select and Batch Actions
Applications
Added multi-select to the applications view.
Users can select multiple applications and perform batch actions.
Documents
Added multi-select when attaching documents to applications.
A single document can now be attached to multiple applications at once.
Reduces repetitive document management when the same document is used across several applications.
A lot of this update is about reducing the repetitive work that starts to show up as the number of applications in Jobtrackr grows. More improvements coming.

The portal features a dynamic Onboarding Spreadsheet tracking document verifications (I-9, W-4, Background & Drug screens), an automated Document Review Workspace for file categorization and mapping, a structured Employee Files directory, and an integrated PTO Calendar with quick-link operational navigation.
A centralized project operations system designed to bring structure to scattered work. This sample includes a master tracker, executive dashboard, risk and issue tracking, and a clear workflow so teams can quickly see status, ownership, priorities, and next steps.
