I don’t usually post things like this, but this experience felt worth sharing.
I recently ran into a small issue while trying to share my earnings milestones.
I reached them, but couldn’t actually share them like others do. So I reached out to support.
The first reply was basically:
“...while this isn't something we can prioritize immediately, we've flagged it to our team..”
At that point, I’ll be honest — I assumed that was where it would end. (You know how that usually goes on most platforms, these things don’t get followed up.)
But this time, it was different.
Kamilla from support reached out again. Not with a generic reply, but with clear, step-by-step guidance. She followed up, stayed engaged, and made sure the issue was fully resolved rather than just acknowledged.
Thanks to her help, I was able to fix the issue and finally share my milestones.
It might seem like a small feature, but it was something I had been looking forward to, so it genuinely meant a lot.
What really stood out to me wasn’t just the solution itself, but the level of care and follow-through behind it. On a platform with so many active users, taking the time to patiently resolve a non-urgent issue like this is not easy.
To be honest, I haven’t experienced this level of support before.
So yeah - really appreciate it.

A month ago, I joined Contra after seeing the @Mobbin challenge.
Fast forward to now:
• I’ve gone all in (quit my full-time job)
• Got my Framer Expert badge (10 days ago)
• Subscribed to Contra Pro
• Sitting at a discovery score in the 50s
• Still waiting for my first Framer client
Not gonna lie… it’s a weird place to be.
On one hand, I know I’ve leveled up.
On the other, it feels like I’m invisible.
So I’m trying to figure this out 👇

– Is it consistency, niche, portfolio, outreach… or just time?
