Built SpeedPulse AI — an automated website performance teardown and local client acquisition engine.
Most local businesses lose over 35% of their mobile conversions due to slow load times and missing Google SEO schema. Auditing each client manually took hours, so I automated the entire process on Base44:
⚡ Real-time Core Web Vitals, Local SEO & UX friction score dials
🔄 Dynamic Before/After sprint projections (gliding scores from 45 to 91+)
📄 Automated Executive PDF brief generation
🤖 Built-in Agency CRM that captures incoming leads, tracks stages, and auto-drafts client proposals with one-click copy

CA Firm Automation Suite — Complete. 5 Stages. 9 Days.
Started with a problem. Finished with a system.
✅ Stage 1 — Client onboarding: form to folder in seconds
✅ Stage 2 — FBR & SECP alerts: 7, 3, 1 day warnings, every client
✅ Stage 3 — Invoice follow-ups: 3 escalating reminders, auto-stop on payment
✅ Stage 4 — Tax data collection: automated document requests with checklist
✅ Stage 5 — New client outreach: personalised emails based on pain point
Built by a 20-year-old CA student who knows this industry from the inside.
Zero per-month cost. Runs free on n8n + Railway.
Looking for the first CA firm to implement this. If that’s you — let’s talk.
For the tax document checklist, I'd match uploads to both the client and tax period before marking an item complete. How do you handle a client uploading last year's statement or a replacement after the checklist has already cleared?
Stage 6 — Built because the community asked for it.
After Stage 3 (Invoice Follow-ups), someone asked how the system handles payment confirmation without a race condition.
So I built it:
✅ Firm confirms payment via one webhook call
✅ Invoice instantly marked Paid in the sheet
✅ Follow-ups permanently stopped — no awkward emails after payment
✅ Professional receipt sent to client automatically
✅ Owner notified with full payment details
6 stages. Built in 10 days. Free to run.
The suite is now complete — onboarding, deadlines, invoicing, data collection, outreach, and payment confirmation.
Looking for the first CA firm to run this live. Let’s talk.
@Sabin Mainali — this one’s for you. 🙏
Impressive work! Automatically stopping follow-ups after payment is such an important detail. 🙌
