AI & Video Content Systems — Sant Sudo (Spec Work)
When Isabel from Contra reached out about this role, I didn't send a resume. I built the infrastructure instead.
In 24 hours I designed and built a fully interactive, branded portfolio spec for Sant Sudo — a premium longevity supplement brand inspired by the Blue Zones of Ikaria, Greece and Okinawa, Japan. Every deliverable was built around their exact job description, their tool stack, and their brand story.
What I built:
→ AM Formula Landing Page — high-converting lead capture page with Blue Zone origin storytelling, email capture, and founding member offer
→ AI Content Engine System Map — 4-phase short-form content system with AI tools mapped at every node (Make, ChatGPT, CapCut, Notion) and 90-day KPIs tied to their 5K customer goal
→ Klaviyo Email Retention Architecture — full Welcome Series + Post-Purchase Sequence with conditional splits, LTV targeting, and replenishment timing built around their 30-serving supplement cycle
→ Full Funnel Architecture — end-to-end growth map with market research, influencer strategy (LinkedIn, micro, UGC), wellness center partnerships, gifting/PR program, and a budget-flexible engagement framework
→ Sample Content Testing Tracker — weekly performance log with hook format leaderboard and scale signal flags

Smushy Matte Lip Balm…. Concept to content suite no studio, no
models booked, no production budget.
The creative direction I landed on: sensory overload meets dessert fantasy. The product smells like strawberry cheesecake so every visual had to feel like that. Dripping gloss. Glossy lips. Real-looking food textures. The line between the product and the dessert had to blur completely.
